The hotel room block closed August 25, 2026. If you registered and need to cancel, you MUST to do so by 4 PM on September 23, 2026, or 72 hours prior to check-in to avoid a cancellation or no-show fee. No charge is made to your credit card when reserving a room. The credit card is used to hold the room reservation only. If you fail to cancel and don’t show up, then the credit card will be charged. If you do not show up, your credit card will be changed for the entire stay.
